Arrow Lacrosse About Us

Jay Sperling
Jay Sperling has been playing, coaching and teaching lacrosse since 1989. After a short hiatus from the sport, he dove right back in when his children became old enough to play. The experience of playing, coaching and being a father provides a great combination in helping new players learn the sport and experienced players take the next step. His love for the sport is contagious and he is always willing to pick up a stick and play.
